JT
Mobility electric vehicle (EV) charger plug or connector is an essential
component of EV charging infrastructure that allows for the transfer of
electrical energy from the charging station to the EV's battery system. The
charger plug is located at the end of the charging cable and is designed to be
compatible with the inlet socket on the EV.
Our EV
charger plugs are designed to be compatible with specific charging standards,
such as Type 2 (AC) and CCS (DC). The Type 2 connector is designed for use with
Level 2 charging, which uses an AC power supply to charge the EV's battery. CCSconnectors are designed for use with Level 3 fast charging, which uses a DC
power supply to charge the battery system.
JT
Mobility EV charger plugs are designed to be durable, reliable, and easy to
use. They are typically made from high-quality materials, such as
thermoplastics or metal alloys, to ensure longevity and withstand the harsh
environments in which they are used. The charger plug also features a locking
mechanism that secures the plug to the inlet socket on the EV, preventing
accidental disconnections during charging. The charging speed of an EV depends
on the charger plug's compatibility with the charging standard. Level 2
charging, using the Type 2 connector, typically provides a charging capacity of
up to 22 kW, while Level 3 fast charging, using the CCS connector, can provide
a charging capacity of up to 350 kW, allowing for rapid charging of EVs.
Our EV connector gun or plug are designed to meet
international standard, Body is made with High Grade ABS and Thermoplastic
Material for Anti-flaming, pressure-resistant, impact resistance material. Contact
pins made of Copper Alloy (Brass) material with Silver Plating for Better
Conductivity and Higher Energy Transmission. Plug connector comes as a component
including the correct resistance required for assembly.
